Job Description:
Advanced Degree (OE/NA/ME or Applied Mechanics) is required plus a minimum of 10 years experience in: Surface and/or Sub-Sea Systems Applications, System Dynamics, Signal Processing, in a laboratory and field test environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
- Surface platform sea-keeping dynamics
- Sub-sea robotic systems
- Sub-sea cable burial systems
- Towed sub-sea sensors, arrays and cable mechanics
- Equipment qualification for hostile environments
- Ship overboard handling systems
- Proficient with finite element methods
- Proficient with mechanical systems simulation (ADAMS, DADS)
- Proficient with marine systems mechanics codes (SEADYNE, ORCAFLEX, CABLECAD)
Also desired is a PE license (in any state) |
